Fertilizer
All of our Fertilizer Blends are formulated just for our Colorado Front Range Soils after extensive soil testing and analysis of the soils that exist here. All of our blends also have sulfur added to reduce the high PH of our soils.
What makes Bigfoot Turf fertilizer different from what you get at a big box store in town? Our fertilizer is 100% fertilizer, no fillers to fill the bag. Due to the fact that our fertilizer is more concentrated, it lasts longer thus saving you money. Our 50 pound bag covers up to 10,000 sq ft. We have done extensive soil tests in the area and designed our fertilizer to work with the soil composition that we have in Northern Colorado. We have produced our fertilizer to fulfill what typical Northern Colorado soil is lacking to produce a healthy lawn.
Our fertilizer is named according to the season by which it should be applied so blend selection is made easy!
Our Fertilizer is available in 50lb bags which cover 5,000-10,000 sq. ft.
Spring with Iron Blend
20N-20P-10K-8S-5Fe
Higher in nitrogen (N), promotes top growth, good for established lawns, iron promotes dark green color. (Make certain to remove from sidewalks and driveways as it WILL produce rust spots).
Summer with Iron Blend
10N-20P-20K-5S-5Fe-1Zn
Less nitrogen (N), won’t grow as fast, iron promotes dark green color. (Make certain to remove from sidewalks and driveways as it WILL produce rust spots)
